Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a system for managing an object for care with a dual parameter, including a plurality of detection sensors for generating an activity signal which is a signal system distinguishably representing a deactivation event and an activation event and transmitting the activity signal at every second reference cycle; and a monitoring device configured to receive a signal from the plurality of detection sensors, wherein the monitoring device includes: a receiving unit configured to receive ID information thereof and the activity signal respectively from the plurality of detection sensors at every second reference cycle; and a data generating unit configured to generate mobility information containing movement time information at which the object for care moves from any independent space to another independent space, by parsing the signal system representing a deactivation event and an activation event, included in each of the plurality of transmitted activity signals.
