Zusammenfassung:The motion control- or regulation method involves coupling a central part (34) with an installation- and frame section (11) or with a fixed and movable supporting section (13) of a vehicle (10) by a regulated controller (40). The controller produces an extensive controlling force-free mechanical connection in one operating mode, in which a deploying bar (12) is decoupled by rotational movement around pivot axis by a suspension point (30). An independent claim is included for a mobile dispensing device for dispensing liquid or solid substances.
