DATA BACKFILL METHOD AND DEVICE

Provided are a data backfill method and device. The method comprises: sending user input data in a first page of a terminal and an identifier of an input box in the first page to a server in an association manner, so as to be stored by the server, and mapping the stored contents onto an sessionID of the terminal and an identifier of the first page; when returning from a second page to the first page, sending a data acquisition request to the server, the data acquisition request containing the sessionID of the terminal and the identifier of the first page; and receiving the user input data in the first page returned by the server according to the data acquisition request and the associated identifier of the input box in the first page, and backfilling the user input data in the first page into a corresponding input box in the first page. By means of the technical solution of the present application, a backfill operation performed on page data can be successfully realized, and the phenomenon of messy codes of the backfill content will not occur.
