[Solution] Provided is a communication control device including: a communication unit configured to communicate with a base station of a wireless communication system in which one or more frequencies are used; a setting unit configured to set an event and set a frequency to be used by the base station using occurrence of the set event as a trigger; and an acquiring unit configured to acquire information for the setting by the setting unit.
