Zusammenfassung:	Battery pack (100) includes: a plurality of chargeable/dischargeable cylindrical cells (1) battery holder (2) in which the plurality of cylindrical cells (1) are disposed; and thermally conductive resin (7) that closely adheres to cylindrical cells (1), which are stored in battery holder (2), in a thermally coupled state above battery holder (2). Battery holder (2) includes: bottom plate (21) including a plurality of holding grooves (23) in which cylindrical cells (1) are disposed; and partition walls (24) that are disposed between holding grooves (23) and between adjacent cylindrical cells (1). Partition walls (24) are lower than the diameter of cylindrical cells (1) disposed in holding grooves (23), thermally conductive resin (7) is disposed between adjacent cylindrical cells (1) above partition walls (24), and thermally conductive resin (7) interconnects adjacent cylindrical cells (1).
