The incisions are formed in wave/zigzag shapes along the main extension direction of line, by forming peaks and valleys. The length between neighboring minimum values of rectilinear portion of incision is lesser than length between neighboring mountain peak values of wave/zigzag portion of incision. The amplitude of rectilinear portion is lesser than that of wave/zigzag portion of incision.
