Zusammenfassung:	A spinal implant comprises an inner body defining a longitudinal axis; an outer body including a wall that defines an axial cavity configured for disposal of the inner body; a cap being pivotable relative to the inner body and defining a transverse cavity, the cap being engageable with vertebral tissue, wherein the cap is movable in a plurality of orientations relative to the longitudinal axis; and a set screw disposable in the transverse cavity and engageable with the inner body to fix the cap relative to the inner body in a selected orientation.
