Provided is a runout measurement device for a rolling bearing, the runout measurement device including: a fixing stage to which an inner ring of a rolling bearing to be measured is fixed; a weight member configured to apply a measuring load to an outer ring of the rolling bearing; a runout amount detector configured to detect a runout amount of the outer ring; and an analyzer configured to import a displacement signal, which is synchronized with a rotation phase, in the runout amount corresponding to displacement data detected by the runout amount detector, to thereby calculate a magnitude and a maximum phase of a runout of the outer ring based on data of the displacement signal.
