Zusammenfassung:Provided are an antibody specifically bound to c-Met (c-Met-specific antibody) or fragments thereof, and more specifically, a fully human antibody having high affinity and specificity to c-Met isolated from human Fv(ScFv) phage library, a polynucleotide encoding the antibody, a recombinant vector containing the polynucleotide, a cell transformed with the recombinant vector, and a method of producing the c-Met-specific antibody by culturing the cell, wherein the c-Met-specific antibody may effectively control activity of c-Met in vivo.
