Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to realize a Web browser which can provide users with an equivalent quality of user experience even when accessed from devices with different processing performance. In this Web browsing system, Web browser function is divided between a browsing client unit and a browsing server unit, wherein the browsing client unit (91) notifies the browsing server unit (93) of the content of input to a user terminal and displays the Web page on the user terminal using information provided from the browsing server unit (93), and the browsing server unit (93), in accordance with the content inputted to the user terminal which was notified from the browsing client unit (91), provides the browsing client unit (91) with information necessary for displaying the Web page on the user terminal.
