Zusammenfassung:Bispecific antibodies are provided that specifically bind B-cell Activating Factor of the TNF Family (BAFF) and Interleukin-17A (IL-17) and are characterized as having high affinity and strong neutralizing properties to both BAFF and IL-17. The bispecific antibodies of the invention are expected to be useful in treating Lupus Nephritis (LN), Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Psoriasis (Ps), Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), Psoriatic Arthritis (PA), primary Sjögren's Syndrome (pSS), or Multiple Myeloma (MM).
