Zusammenfassung:	An insertable mould assembly (1) for an injection moulding machine comprises a first mould part (2) and a second mould part (3) alignable with the first mould part (2). At least one overmould cavity (23a,23b,23c,23d,23e,23f,23g,23h) is delimited between the first mould cavity face (12) and the second mould cavity face (13) in a closed condition of the insertable mould assembly (1). The at least one overmould cavity (23a,23b,23c,23d,23e,23f,23g,23h) is configured and dimensioned to receive at least a part of a substrate (10) of a first component material, which substrate (10) has been premade in another, separate process. In a method of using the insertable mould assembly IUDs are overmoulded with medicament reservoirs to obtain IUDs with rounded corners and edges.
