Zusammenfassung: | This invention relates to an optical article comprising a transparent substrate with a front main face and with a rear main face, at least one of the main faces being coated with a multilayered interferential coating comprising at least one layer having a high refractive index (HI layer) and at least one layer having a low refractive index (LI layer), said at least two layers being formed by:
- depositing one organic precursor or a mixture of organic precursors by vacuum physical vapor deposition under a beam of ionized gas composition,
o wherein the ionized gas composition is different during each deposition step of said at least two layers of the multilayered interferential coating, and,
o wherein said depositing is implemented in absence of evaporated inorganic precursors,
so that the refractive index difference between the HI layer and the LI layer is at least 0.1. |
