Zusammenfassung:The rotor (20) has an axial direction (X-X) and a transverse direction (Y-Y). The rotor comprises an outer surface (22A) with an axial length and provided with a plurality of primary rows (A1, A2) of permanent magnet modules (200) distributed along a perimeter of the outer surface of the rotor, each primary row (A1, A2) comprising at least one permanent magnet module. Each permanent magnet module comprises a cover (100) having a top part (110) forming at least one compartment (130) for housing at least one permanent magnet (35). The top part of the cover is provided with at least one cut (150) extending substantially in a transverse direction in relation to a direction of the row along at least a portion of the width (W1) in the traverse direction of the top part of the cover and cutting through the whole thickness of the top part of the cover.
