Zusammenfassung:	A process for cleaning a fabric, comprising the steps of: a. preparing a wash liquor comprising between 60 and 2500 ppm anionic surfactant, between 10ppm and 500ppm of a polymer system, b. contacting a fabric with the wash liquor wherein the fabric comprises a stain to be removed, wherein, the % residual interfacial tension between the wash liquor and the stain is between 0.5% and 20%, wherein the % residual interfacial tension is calculated by dividing the initial interfacial tension (nN/m) by the equilibrium interfacial tension (mN/m) and multiplying by 100.
