The portions (130, 132, 134, 136, 138, 140) may be constructed of different materials. Two adjacent moulded hard side portions (130, 132, 134, 136, 138, 140, 172, 174, 176, 178) may be joined by a joint structure 119, which may be a resilient strip member (150).
