APPARATUS FOR GENERATING A FRAGRANCE-LADEN FLUID STREAM

The apparatus for generating a fragrance-laden fluid stream (12) comprises: A) a cavity (4) for accommodating at least one receptacle (16) containing a volatile active substance (23); B) a fluid duct (2) having an entry opening (7), which opens out into the cavity (4), a cavity-side end (8), which contains the entry opening (7), and an exit opening (9); C) a fluid feeder (10), by means of which fluid (q*) can be fed in the direction of the fluid-exit opening (9). The apparatus is characterized in that D) the cavity-side end (8) of the fluid duct (2) comprises first perforation means (18a), which can be moved relative to the cavity (4); E) the apparatus comprises second perforation means (18b), which can be moved relative to the cavity (4); F) wherein the cavity-side end of the fluid duct (8) with the first perforation means (18a) and the second perforation means (18b) can assume two positions: F.1) a position outside the cavity (4); F.2) a position in which they can project into the cavity (4) and perforate a receptacle (16) located in the cavity. This apparatus allows use of the fragrance which is optimized in terms of consumption and, in addition, it is easy to maintain, clean and fill up.
