Zusammenfassung:	A device and method of pre-attaching assemblies to glazing can provide for accurate fit or registration after installation. A solar panel provides power to an insulated glass unit. Mounting brackets are secured to the insulated glass unit. A plate adjustably attaches to the mounting brackets. After positioning the plate on the mounting brackets a solar panel is attached to the plate and the insulated glass unit is installed in a frame. The plate is adapted to be moved toward the frame such that the solar panel is flush to the frame after moving the plate. Trim pieces can then be installed over the portions of the plate not covered by the solar panel.
