Zusammenfassung:	An elevator hoistway dimension measuring apparatus includes: a base that is mounted to a floor; a first arm that extends in a first direction from the base so as to penetrate inside a hoistway; a pair of second arms that extend from two sides of the base when viewed in the first direction, and that are respectively placed in contact with inner surfaces of a facing pair of jambs of a doorframe; a pair of third arms that extend parallel to the second arms beyond the jambs of the doorframe; and a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine that is mounted to an end portion of the first arm to measure the hoistway three-dimensionally from inside the hoistway, whereby measuring time is shortened significantly, and safety is also improved.
