Zusammenfassung:An engine component (80) for a gas turbine engine generating hot combustion gas flow is provided. The engine component (80) can include a substrate (82) constructed from a CMC material and having a hot surface (84) facing the hot combustion gas flow and a cooling surface (86) facing a cooling fluid flow. The substrate (82) defines a film hole (90) extending through the substrate (82) and having an inlet (52) provided on the cooling surface (86), an outlet (94) provided on the hot surface (84), and a passage (96) connecting the inlet (52) and the outlet (94). The engine component (80) also includes a flow conditioning structure (112) provided upstream of the outlet (94) on the hot surface (84). The flow conditioning structure (112) can include a ridge extending from the hot surface (84).
