The present invention provides a water-dispersed PSA composition comprising an acrylic polymer (A) and an acrylic polymer (B). The acrylic polymer (B) has a Tg of 0 °C or higher and a Mw of higher than 0.3 × 10 4 , but not exceeding 5 × 10 4 . The acrylic polymers (A) has a Mw higher than the Mw of the acrylic polymer (B).
