Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed herein is an organic light-emitting display (OLED) device that includes: an organic light-emitting element layer disposed on a substrate; and an encapsulation layer covering the organic light-emitting element layer to block moisture and/or oxygen from permeating, wherein the encapsulation layer comprises a barrier film having at least one transmittance adjusting layer that adjusts a ratio at which light emitted from the organic light-emitting element layer exits the OLED device, such that a polarizer need not be employed.
