The test device comprises a base portion (301) having a detection portion (302) and a flexible attachment portion (303). The detection portion displays a change when the presence of any one of one or more compounds is detected in urine. The flexible attachment portion is movable from a first configuration to a second configuration in which the flexible attachment portion is extended to enable attachment to a toilet bowl.
