A screw shaft 31 that configures a ball screw 13, a motor 12 that rotates the screw shaft 31, a nut 33 that is screwed onto the screw shaft 31, a clutch 16 that is disposed on the screw shaft 31, and a select lever 17 that is integrated with the screw shaft 31 by switching on the clutch 16, and has restraint cancelled with respect to the screw shaft 31 by switching off the clutch 16 are included, one end of a main lever 14 is engaged with the nut 33, the other end is engaged or connected with a shaft 18, and the select lever 17 is engaged with the main lever 14.
