Zusammenfassung:	An improved fender structure of a saddle-type vehicle enables control of the relative wind flowing around the fender (90) and improvement in the fuel consumption. The fender structure includes a fender (90) that covers at least part of a rear wheel (3) and is attached to the upper part of a swing arm (12) that supports the rear wheel (3). An opening plane (130) that accepts a relative wind (W) from the front side and causes the relative wind (W) to flow rearward is made in a cover outer sidewall (109b) of the fender (90).
