Zusammenfassung:	A seat adjustment mechanism (26) for an adjustable seat assembly (20) includes an arcuate tilt column (44A); a lift column (46A); a first tilt slider block (50A) detachably engaged to the lift column (46A) and slideably engaged to the tilt column (44A) for moving the lift column (46A) between a plurality of tilt positions; and a first lift slider block (52A) slideably engaged to the lift column (46A) for moving between a plurality of lift positions independent of the plurality of tilt positions. The slider blocks (50,52), the lift columns (46), the tilt columns (44) and the cross brace (58) may be made of dissimilar materials and/or are easily replaced with alternative components.
