Under an underframe 12 of a vehicle body, an engine generator, coolers each of which includes a radiator 26 connected to this engine generator and a fan 30, and electrical wiring gutters 44 receiving main circuit electrical wires 42 and control electrical wires 40 are arranged along a vehicle-body longitudinal 520 direction at both end portions in a vehicle-body width direction. The coolers are arranged at both end portions in a vehicle-body width direction 510 under the underframe 12 so as to face to each other and form airflows 500 from the both end portions in the vehicle-body width direction 510 toward the center of the vehicle body by using air blowers 30 and 30. The airflows 500 that have collided at the center of the vehicle body change directions as airflows 501 to be sent toward the electrical wiring gutters 44. With this, the electrical wiring gutters 44 are cooled, and the main circuit electrical wires 42 and the control electrical wires 40 received therein are prevented from overheating to a temperature at which insulation deterioration occurs.
