The grip part is coupled to a hose on one side thereof. The connection part is connected to the other side of the grip part, and guide water. The head part is formed on one side of the connection part, and contains a plurality of components. The redox reactor is disposed inside the head part, and sterilizes and purifies the water. The purified water supply plate is disposed on one surface of the head part, has a plurality of supply holes, and sprays the sterilized and purified water. The spray plate is disposed on one surface of the purified water supply plate, has a plurality of spray holes, and sprays the water to the outside.
