Zusammenfassung:Embodiments of memory devices, systems, and methods for operating a memory device with a controller having local memory are generally described herein. In some embodiments, the controller can distribute memory requests (e.g., read, write) to an appropriate module memory of the memory device and organize a response from the memory device to the host, including detection and correction using ECC data stored in the local memory. The local memory can also provide redundant memory for any defective module memory locations.
