Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a transition fitting which is used for connecting an end of a plastic pipe with an existing connecting part. The transition fitting comprises the components of a connecting part element which is used for adapting with the existing connecting part, wherein the connecting part element is provided with a fixed area and an injection sealing area; a sealing element which is used for forming sealability between the connecting part element and an electric welding joint; and the electric welding joint which is made of solderable plastic, wherein the electric welding joint is provided with a heating element. The electric welding joint is fixedly molded through injection shape matching or is poured on the connecting part element.
