Zusammenfassung:	A steering wheel (1) includes a ring-shaped rim (11, 11') that is to be gripped by a driver (the rim includes a rim core (11a, 11a') and a rim molding portion (11b, 11b') covering the rim core), a boss (12) disposed at the center of the rim, plural spokes (13) connecting the rim with the boss, an arm (14, 14', 14", 24, 34, 44) whose base end portion (14a) is integrated with the rim core and that is extended toward the inside of the rim core in a cantilever manner, and a vibration generator (15) attached to the arm for generating vibrations that are to be transmitted to the rim through the arm.
