Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to spun yarn used in garments without seams, which are preferably used for preventing wounds and/or for covering same, said spun yarn comprising four types of threads: a chitosan viscose thread, another silver-ionized polyamide thread, another elastic thread, and a fourth and last polyamide thread covering the outer surface of the garment made from the produced spun yarn itself. The threads have the particularity that they are arranged such that in the spun yarn, a weft of chitosan viscose thread alternates with the silver-ionized polyamide thread, said wefts joining one in two wefts of the elastic thread.
