Zusammenfassung:	A drive unit for a hybrid vehicle in which selectable operating modes are increased and power distribution ratio is changeable is provided. The drive unit comprises: a first planetary gear unit (4) having a first input element (8) to which power of an engine (1) is applied, a first reaction element (5) connected to a first motor (2), and a first output element (6); a second planetary gear unit (9) that performs having a second input element (11) connected to the first output element (6), a second output element (11) connected to an output member (14), and a second reaction element (10); a first clutch (CL1) that selectively connects any of the first input element (8) and the first reaction element (5) to the second reaction element (10); and a second clutch (CL2) that selectively connects at least any of two elements (10, 11) of the second planetary gear unit (9) to rotate the second planetary gear unit integrally (9).
