Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a wheel valve device (6) of a device for adapting the actual tire pressure of at least one tire of a wheel to a current target tire pressure, comprising a supply connection (10) which is formed on a housing (13) and either in which the current target tire pressure is set in order to adapt the actual tire pressure to the target tire pressure or which is ventilated if the actual tire pressure corresponds to the target tire pressure. The wheel valve device also comprises a working connection (11) which is connected to a tire interior, is loaded with the actual tire pressure, and is formed on the housing (13), and at least one seat valve (17) which has a movable valve body (24) that interacts with a valve seat (29) and which has an open position that connects the supply connection (10) to the working connection (11) and a closed position that blocks the connection. When the seat valve (17) is closed, a first active surface (12) which is loaded by the pressure present at the supply connection (10) loads the valve body (24) against the effect of spring means (30) in the open position of the seat valve (17). The valve body (24) can additionally be controlled by means of at least one control membrane (14), which is loaded constantly solely by the pressure present at the feed connection (10) against the effect of the spring means (30) in the open position of the seat valve (17) and by the atmospheric pressure. According to the invention, a valve protection flap (1) comes to rest on the housing (13) or on a ring (26) arranged on the housing (13) in order to cover the at least one control membrane (14) and the valve body (24). The valve protection flap (1) has at least one recess (3) which is covered by a ventilation element (2) in order to ensure that the at least one control membrane (14) is loaded by the atmospheric pressure. |
