Zusammenfassung:	An identification information transmission apparatus includes an encryption unit encrypting identification information for identifying a person or an object using an encryption key, a transmission unit transmitting the encrypted identification information; and a reception unit receiving another encryption key different from one encryption key used to encrypt the identification information. After reception of the other encryption key, the encryption unit switches the encryption key used to encrypt the identification information from the encryption key to the other encryption key.
