Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle is provided which includes an ignition switch operation device that switches over a switching mode of an ignition switch in response to operation of a mechanical key inserted into a casing or in response to operation of an operating part, an alarm being set off when there is an unauthorized operation in a security set state, wherein an illumination portion (50b) that lights an insertion position for the mechanical key (22) or an area around the operating part is provided on the ignition switch operation device (10), the illumination portion enabling the security set state to be displayed in addition to a normal illumination state showing the insertion position for the mechanical key (22) or a location of the operating part. This enables a security set state to be displayed while decreasing the number of components and increasing the degree of freedom in terms of design.
