Zusammenfassung:An applicator clamp (110) for applying sealant to a target tissue of a surgical site comprising a pair of jaw members (128,130) connected by a hinge (132) and side walls for confining sealant provided on, or extending from, both sides of each jaw member, wherein each jaw member (128,130) contains at least one port (142) for holding and/or distributing sealant (34), characterised in that each side wall includes a first end operatively connected to the jaw member and a second end extending radially inwardly from the jaw member to come into contact with tissue when the applicator clamp is in a closed condition.
