Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is a multilayer film comprising a film [F], and a layer [F'] that is stacked on one side or each side of the film [F], the film [F] being formed of a resin composition [E] that comprises a hydrogenated block copolymer [D], and a UV absorber, the hydrogenated block copolymer [D] being obtained by hydrogenating 90% or more of unsaturated bonds of a block copolymer [C], and the layer [F'] being formed of a resin composition [E'] that comprises either or both of a hydrogenated block copolymer [D'] and a modified hydrogenated block copolymer [D"], and a UV absorber, the hydrogenated block copolymer [D'] being obtained by hydrogenating 90% or more of unsaturated bonds of a block copolymer [C'], and the modified hydrogenated block copolymer [D"] being obtained by introducing an alkoxysilyl group into the hydrogenated block copolymer [D']; and a method for producing the multilayer film.
