Zusammenfassung:A thin-film coil assembly (21, 31) includes a flexible substrate (211, 311), an oscillation starting antenna (212, 312), a resonant antenna (213, 313), a first protective layer (214, 314) and a second protective layer (215, 315). The flexible substrate (211, 311) has a first surface (211a) and a second surface (211b) opposed to the first surface (211a). The oscillation starting antenna (212, 312) is disposed on the first surface (211a) of the flexible substrate (211, 311). The resonant antenna (213, 313) is disposed on the second surface (211b) of the flexible substrate (211, 311). Moreover, at least one capacitor (216) is connected between a first end (213a) and a second end (213b) of the resonant antenna (213, 313). An electromagnetic wave with a specified resonant frequency is emitted or received by the thin-film coil assembly (21, 31) in response to a resonant coupling effect of the resonant antenna (213, 313) and the oscillation starting antenna (212, 312). The first protective layer (214, 314) covers the oscillation starting antenna (212, 312). The second protective layer (215, 315) covers the resonant antenna (213, 313).
