Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is an ultrasound image display apparatus and method which provides a user with a 3D image enabling a tubular tissue to be easily diagnosed, thereby easily diagnosing whether a disease occurs in the tubular tissue. The ultrasound image display apparatus includes an image processor that generates a first image three-dimensionally representing a surface constituting a tubular tissue on a reference plane, based on ultrasound data corresponding to an object including the tubular tissue and a display that displays the first image.
