Zusammenfassung:	The air-conditioning device, in particular for heating a vehicle passenger compartment, comprises an air-conditioning member (7), in particular for electrically heating a heat transfer fluid flowing in a radiator (5) housed in the passenger compartment (11). The device includes at least one onboard computer (8) comprising a computer programme structured to activate the electrical heating member (7) when conditions for optimising the operation of another member of the vehicle are detected.
