The holder includes a holder body (210) with a hole (220) formed therein, an outlet (250) formed in a side of the holder body, and a channel (260) formed in the holder body to connect the hole with the outlet. Here, the channel includes a first channel (263) which is formed in a circumferential direction and has one side connected to the outlet, a second channel (264) formed to guide one of two wires connected to a light source module to the first channel, and a third channel (265) formed to guide the other of the two wires to the first channel.
