Zusammenfassung:An information processing apparatus includes a terminal position information obtainment unit (312) configured to obtain positional information of a mobile terminal (200); a vacancy information search unit (313) configured to refer to a vacancy information storage unit (320) storing vacancy information for one or more facilities, the stored vacancy information including one or more places not occupied by a user in each of the facilities, the places being available for users if not occupied, so as to obtain the vacancy information of the facilities within a predetermined range including the positional information of the mobile terminal (200); and a transmitter unit (315) configured to transmit the obtained vacancy information to the mobile terminal (200).
