Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the use of an optical phase detection sensor arrangement (1) for detecting the phase of a cryogenic fluid (2) in a conduit of a cryogenic light fluid delivery system, said phase detection sensor arrangement comprising: an inlet port (3) for receiving cryogenic fluid; an outlet port (4) for releasing cryogenic fluid; a first connecting portion (5) for connection to a light source (6); a second connecting portion (7) for connection to a light sink (8); a housing (9); and a measurement chamber (10) provided in said housing between, and preferably in fluid communication with, said inlet port and said outlet port; wherein said first and second connecting portions are arranged in said housing so that said light source and said light sink, when connected to said first and second connecting portions, are arranged such that light can be emitted from said light source into said measurement chamber, and said emitted light can be received by said light sink.
