Zusammenfassung:	A fabric sheet, with low-cost production, has high thermal and light stability, is recyclable, has a high mechanical load-bearing capacity, and is elastically compliant, wherein the fabric sheet has a main body composed of at least one ply, wherein the at least one ply contains first fibers comprising a first polymer and second fibers with a second polymer or wherein the at least one ply has one and the same fibers that contain a first and a second polymer, wherein a cold crystallization temperature of the first polymer lies at the softening temperature of the second polymer or below the softening temperature of the second polymer.
