Zusammenfassung:	In a high-coolant-temperature start-up condition that the temperature of coolant water detected by a coolant water temperature sensor (30) at power-on of a vehicle by driver's key operation is higher than or equal to a predetermined temperature value, a water pump (20) is started before the supply of power from a high-voltage battery (12) to an inverter (13) and to a DC/DC converter (17) by connection of a high power relay (14).
