Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a mobile terminal for efficiently sharing many images and a method of controlling therefor. In particular, the present invention relates to a mobile terminal including a touch screen, a memory configured to store a plurality of images, a wireless communication unit configured to transceive data with a counterpart terminal and a controller configured to control the touch screen to output a chat window including a history of messages transceived with the counterpart terminal, the controller, if a part of a plurality of the stored images is selected via the chat window, configured to control the wireless communication unit to transmit thumbnail images for the selected part of a plurality of the stored images to the counterpart terminal.
