Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a machine tool (2) for machining a workpiece (40), particularly a turbine blade blank, an impeller blank or a blisk blank, having the following features: two handling units (6, 10) which are located opposite one another and which have holding elements for holding a workpiece (40) that is to be positioned between them; a movable machining unit (14) which is designed in such a way that a tool (46), particularly a milling head, a laser welding head, a measuring probe or a polishing tool, can be docked onto it; wherein a common tool and workpiece magazine (22) for accommodating at least one tool (46) and for accommodating at least one workpiece (40) is provided, and wherein a common tool and workpiece changeover unit (28) is provided which is designed in such a way that each tool (46) required can be removed from the tool and workpiece magazine (22), moved to the machining unit (14) and docked onto the latter and/or in such a way that the docked tool (46) can be undocked from the machining unit (14) after use, picked up and moved to the tool and workpiece magazine (22) and stored there; and in such a way that each workpiece (40) required can be removed from the tool and workpiece magazine (22), moved to the handling units (6, 10) and docked onto the latter and/or in such a way that the docked workpiece (40) can be undocked from the handling units (6, 10) after machining, picked up and moved to the tool and workpiece magazine (22) and stored there, and wherein the common tool and workpiece changeover unit (28) has a gripping and holding device (30), which is designed in such a way that it can grip, hold and release one tool (46) or one workpiece (40) at a time, and a transfer device (32), which is designed in such a way that it can move the gripping and holding device (30) between a workpiece handover position at the tool and workpiece magazine (22) and a workpiece clamping position at the handling units (6, 10) and between a tool handover position at the tool and workpiece magazine (22) and a tool docking position at the machining unit (14).
