Zusammenfassung:A heat exchanger for an exhaust gas cooler may include a substantially fluid-tight housing for conducting a first mass flow. At least one heat-permeable tube may extend in the housing for conducting a second mass flow. The housing and an outer surface of the at least one tube may define at least two parallel flow paths for the first mass flow. A plate at least partially containing the at least one tube may delimit the at least two flow paths on a face end. A connection may be arranged in a region of the plate for introducing the first mass flow into the housing. The outer surface of the at least one tube may have an elevation configured to distribute the first mass flow substantially uniformly after entering the housing and divide the first mass flow substantially uniformly among the at least two flow paths.
