Zusammenfassung:	A retrofit kit (100) adpted to existing recessed light fixtures having housings of different depths and/or configurations is described herein. The retrofit kit (100) inclues a flat flexible reflector (20) and at least one pair of fasteners (31,32) adapted to secure the flat flexible reflector (20) in the housing (10) of an existing recessed light fixture. The reflector (20) of the invention can be flexed to different curved shapes to fit the housings (10). A retrofitting method for an existing recessed light fixture is also disclosed.
